The woman, standing on a sidewalk as the VP's escorts zoomed by, allegedly tossed the liquid towards the motorcade—landing distressingly on a group of Phoenix Police motorcycle officers. According to Sgt. Phil Krynsky, "The motor officers were able to continue the motorcade as they progressed through their route.
