According to the Orland Park Police Department, officers arrived on the scene shortly after midnight following reports of "perceived shots fired" on the 170th block of Redbud Lane. The woman, whose identity remains undisclosed, was found fatally wounded inside a vehicle, per Chicago Sun-Times.
