
A 13-year-old boy remains in grave and critical condition after a hit-and-run collision in Glendale. The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. Thursday near 47th and Northern Avenues. According to ABC15, the teen had been leading a group of friends across the intersection when a vehicle failed to stop and struck him.
Glendale Police report that the teen suffered serious injuries and was taken to a hospital where he is in a fight for survival. The juvenile was riding his bike with others when they began to cross the road; it was then that a vehicle hit him. Authorities are yet to publicly identify the vehicle or suspect involved, but there is preliminary information indicating a pickup truck may have been involved.
