A man was found shot to death early last month in Southwest Atlanta, authorities said. The Atlanta Police Department reported that officers responded to a call at 1870 Myrtle Drive SW on March 6th, where they discovered a male victim with multiple gunshot wounds. The incident took place at around 1:36AM.
Upon arrival, police found the man unresponsive. He was not alert, conscious, or breathing, and medical personnel pronounced him deceased at the scene, according to the Atlanta Police Department's news release. The identity of the victim has not been publicly shared pending notification of next of kin.
