Authorities in Bexar County are on the hunt for a suspect implicated in a disturbing incident involving a 9-year-old girl. According to a Facebook post by the Bexar County Sheriff's Office (BCSO), the man allegedly exposed himself to the minor and then proceeded to chase her on the far west side of the county. The young girl was reportedly walking to a friend's house in the 4600 block of Jesse Bowman Street after school when this incident occurred.
The BCSO urgently needs public assistance to quickly identify and apprehend the individual responsible. The suspect was believed to be driving a yellow car, which the BCSO described in the alert and is now the centerpiece of the search. The girl managed to escape the unnerving pursuit by seeking refuge in a nearby house. The Northside ISD has been informed, and the community has been asked to remain vigilant.
