The Boston Transit Police Department is calling on the public to assist in identifying a person of interest connected to an assault and battery case that occurred at the Park Street MBTA station on April 17. The incident, described as an unprovoked attack on a female victim, took place late in the evening at around 9:53 p.m.

Authorities released surveillance images and a brief statement on X in hopes of gathering information that may lead to the identification of the individual involved. "Recognize this person of interest?" the MBTA Transit Police posted, inviting anyone with knowledge of the assault to come forward.
