
The city of Casa Grande is inviting its citizens to step up and make their voices heard, as it opens the floor to write-in candidates for the upcoming Primary Election set for July 30. In a recent public notice, the City Clerk's Office delineated the requirements and deadlines for those interested in registering as a write-in candidate in either the primary, or general elections, as reported by the City of Casa Grande.
Hopeful candidates have until June 20, to submit their paperwork, which includes a Nonpartisan Nomination Paper/Declaration of Qualifications Form, and a Public Officer and Candidate Financial Disclosure Statement, by no later than 5:00 p.m. The necessary forms, available for perusal and download, can be found on the Casa Grande's official website. To facilitate this process, the City Clerk's office, located at 510 E. Florence Blvd, is the designated hub for the submission of the required documents.
