The Office of Arts and Culture is throwing a major shindig for International Dance Day and you're all invited. On April 29, the City Hall Lobby will be transformed into a dance floor from Noon to 2 p.m., complete with live music, food, and local dance legends showing off their moves. And it's all for free.

To kick off the festivities, Martine Elyse Philippe, the head honcho of the Office of Arts and Culture, is going to quickly jump to hosting a panel discussion with some very special guests. April 29 also happens to be the birthday of Jean-Georges Noverre, the bigwig who's considered the father of modern ballet.
