A Houston man with a heinous past is back behind bars, facing charges for multiple sex crimes, including a gruesome act of bestiality. Dennis Allen Carter, a 58-year-old registered sex offender, stands accused of sexually assaulting a woman and coercing her into performing sexual acts with his dog, as reported by ABC13.
Detailed in court records, the victim's ordeal began when Carter allegedly picked her up at a gas station. He took her to his residence where he forced her to stay overnight, subjected her to sexual abuse, and menacingly held a gun to her head. Carter explicitly threatened the woman's life, stating she must comply or be killed. During the assault, he directed her to ostensibly perform unspeakable acts with his pet dog while he captured the action on video.
The case further darkens with the revelation that this is not Carter's first offence. With a criminal history extending back to 1981, including convictions for aggravated sexual abuse of a child and aggravated sexual assault, Carter was mandated to permanently register as a sex offender.
