This multi-state investigation was initially sparked by a probe into aggravated robberies in Cedar Park, Texas, and quickly escalated to an interagency affair that methodically traced connections back to the Atlanta area. Law enforcement served search and arrest warrants in the dead of night on April 5, uncovering a sanctuary of illegal firearms, narcotics, and cash, revealing a nerve center for the gang's illicit operations.
The investigation sprang into action on the heels of aggressive work by Cedar Park Police in Texas who traced a string of aggravated robberies back to what they identified as metro Atlanta criminal street gang members.
