On a Springwoods Village parkway, a man allegedly harassed a family by making a disturbing proposition to a minor. Constable deputies responded quickly to the 7300 block of Louetta Road on April 28, after receiving a report of a disturbance.
According to a post by Constable Mark Herman's Office on Facebook, Victor Coronado, the suspect in question, was detained at the scene. He initially approached a complainant's vehicle soliciting money, and upon receiving food instead, Coronado shockingly asked if he could have sexual intercourse with the 13-year-old juvenile female inside the car.
Officials have stated that, "Victor Coronado was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Harassment."
