According to the official release, the victim managed to self-transport to Grady Hospital where he was found by the responding officers.
While details of the incident remain sparse, the preliminary investigation gathered by the authorities suggests that the victim and a friend were walking when tensions flared with an unknown group. Amidst the enclosing night, a firefight ensued, resulting in the victim's shoulder wound. Despite the chaos, the victim is reportedly in stable condition.
