The kit, enclosed in a durable vinyl folder, is particularly designed to be highly visible, attaching to any refrigerator with a magnet. This feature ensures that emergency personnel can immediately locate and utilize a patient's health data to make informed decisions on the scene. The folders are available, free of charge at the Public Safety Center on 710 S. Front Street, and the Intergovernmental Center at 10 Civic Center Plaza, as reported by the City of Mankato, Minnesota Government.
