Minnetonka is set to host its 49th annual Silver Skates Ice Revue, promising a high-caliber spectacle for skating enthusiasts and newcomers alike. The Minnetonka Ice Arena will be buzzing from May 2 to May 4, with skaters of all levels lacing up to showcase their talents in a production titled "A World of Imagination".

This year's installment will feature around 200 participants, including nationally recognized talent and U.S. Figure Skating medalists. Not to be outdone, the local Lake Minnetonka Figure Skating Club and skaters from the All Season Skating School will also take the ice, alongside four synchronized skating teams. The organizers have promised a grand finale that will have audiences on the edge of their seats, according to the Minnetonka municipal website.

The show is set to open on Thursday, May 2 at 6:30 P.M., with subsequent performances on Friday at the same time a Saturday matinee at 2:00 P.M. Tickets are a steal at $7 if purchased in advance and $10 at the door, making it an affordable outing for the whole family. And for those parents out there, kids aged five and under can enjoy the show free of charge.
