New Braunfels Councilmember Campos to Host Citizen Forum on City Projects and Traffic SolutionsSource: City of New Braunfels

Councilmember Andrés Campos is gearing up to meet locals face-to-face at an upcoming Citizen Forum in District 1. The event, aimed at bringing city officials and citizens together, is slated for April 25th at the Westside Branch Library from 6pm to 8pm.

Attendees can expect to hear first from Councilmember Campos, who represents the voices of District 1. The forum will also feature talks by City staff, including a focus on development projects and traffic solutions. Jeff Jewell, Director of Economic & Community Development, is set to delve into the San Antonio Street/Spur Street Corridor plan, while Garry Ford, Director of Transportation & Capital Improvements, will address the district's transportation headaches.

“This is a great opportunity for residents to visit the Westside Branch Library and learn more about what’s happening in our community,” said Councilmember Campos in an announcement on the city's website. The forum is not just for District 1 folks – Campos has extended an invite to all residents and neighbors across New Braunfels to get the scoop on vital City projects.

The evening will wrap up with a Q&A session, where residents can bring their concerns and queries directly to their city representative and other officials. It's a chance for a two-way dialogue on the issues that matter most to locals of the rapidly growing Texas city.

Details on the Citizen Forum, alongside other city events, are available on the City of New Braunfels website. The Westside Branch Library is located at 2910 I-35 Frontage Rd, snugly positioned next to the Westside Community Center.
