Displaying crucial awareness and quick thinking, the victim managed to escape the harrowing encounter unharmed. Their departure was not without consequence, however, as one of the assailants resorted to using the butt of a gun to smash the car window. Subsequently, the suspects fled the scene on foot, leaving the area without the vehicle.

Detectives are now turning to the public for assistance in tracking down a suspects involved in the crime. Security footage and eyewitness accounts are currently being compiled as part of the ongoing investigation.
