Two men were apprehended following a robbery incident that left one man with minor injuries in Atlanta. In the early hours of a Sunday morning, the victim encountered his assailants near a local hotel's ATM, as reported by the Atlanta Police Department.

According to WSBTV, after withdrawing cash from the Ameris Bank ATM at 260 Peachtree Street NW, the man was approached by two individuals who seemingly to be experiencing homelessness, and asked for money for food. Upon giving them each $20, one of the suspects hit the man and took his wallet.

Managing to run back to the safety of the Courtyard By Marriott hotel, the victim quickly alerted the authorities. With his description, officers found and arrested both suspects a short distance from the scene, identified as Conara Hill, 50, and Terrance Myrieckes, 48.

"Officers located the two suspects sitting on the outside steps of a nearby church at 360 Peachtree Street NE," Atlanta News First stated. Both men were then taken into custody, with Hill facing a robbery charge and Myrieckes charged with both robbery and simple battery. They were subsequently booked into Fulton County Jail.
