Chaos erupted in an Atlanta neighborhood when a violent dispute led to a double stabbing early this morning on Middleton Road. According to the Atlanta Police Department, officers arrived on the scene at 3086 Middleton Rd NW after receiving calls around 2:23 am to find two females, one adult aged 19 and a 16-year-old juvenile, suffering from multiple stab wounds.
The situation spiralled when the suspect, another female whose name has been obtained by investigators, allegedly turned to violence stabbing both victims during the altercation and then she managed to escape on foot before the authorities could apprehend her. The victims were swiftly attended by Grady EMS and rushed to the hospital, where they are currently battling life-threatening injuries.
This is still a developing story, and as the search for the suspect continues, authorities have urged anyone with any information that could lead to an arrest or provide clarity on the situation to step forward, ensuring the safety and security of the community hangs in balance as the perpetrator of this heinous act is still at large.
