Slated to open its doors on May 10th, sports business executive turned restaurateur Joshua Sanchez spearheads the establishment, nestled at the former Chianina Steakhouse location at 5716 E. Second St. in Naples.
Having bought the space over two years ago after Chianina closed its doors during the pandemic, Sanchez, a Lakewood High alum, looks forward to bringing something he describes as a "dream come true" to his hometown," he told What Now Los Angeles. The opulent interior, featuring earth tones and gold accents suggests nothing less than a 'different world' as soon as guests step in, making clear Sanchez's intention to create more than just a dining experience.
Behind the culinary wheel are Chef Jared Ventura and Executive Chef Ben Davenport, who have curated a menu that promises to stir curiosity and excitement among patrons.
