Gwinnett County police are on the lookout for a suspect in the wake of an $800 cash heist from a local chiropractic office, according to authorities. The incident in question occurred during the predawn hours at Dr. J. Chiropractic, situated at 3636 Satellite Boulevard, in Duluth.
The early morning break-in, unfolding at about 3 a.m. on May 8, was captured by surveillance footage which shows the man in the act. As per the images, the suspect appeared to be a Hispanic male, standing somewhere between 5 feet 7 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall, complete with black hair, and a mustache. In a statement obtained by FOX 5 Atlanta, he was caught on camera clad in a red shirt adorned with a yellow graphic, and dark pants.
Officials have shared the information with the public in hopes of identifying the burglar who spirited away with the $800 in cash, funds that were unexpectedly missing from the chiropractic establishment's reserves. Police have yet to disclose if the perpetrator left any other traces or clues behind aside from the video footage.
