An employee of Dunwoody Baptist Church was arrested on charges related to the sexual exploitation of children, as reported by FOX 5 Atlanta. The arrest followed an investigation that began on Feb. 10 into child sexual abuse material being shared through peer-to-peer networks. Ralph Britt Jr., a 59-year-old man who worked with youth for over two decades at the church, was apprehended at his residence in Johns Creek after detectives discovered the material in his home.

According to the police, multiple electronic items were seized for further analysis, and Britt was taken into custody—at the church without incident—and faces nine counts of sexual exploitation of children. Additional charges are expected to be filed against Britt amidst the ongoing investigation. Police have encouraged anyone with information to come forward and assist the efforts of the Roswell Police Department's ICAC unit.
