Chaos erupted at a business on E Airtex Drive when a former employee went on a rampage causing considerable damage. Deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office quickly arrived on the scene last Thursday to address the commotion. Antennae Webster, an ex-employee at the center of the disturbance, was caught red-handed as she vandalized the premises.
Webster's actions were no mere tantrum; the ex-employee's outburst led to significant damage to the exterior of the business. The cost of her destructiveness amounted to just shy of a thousand dollars - $980, to be precise. According to a statement obtained by the Facebook page of Constable Mark Herman's Office, the suspect was promptly detained and the extent of the vandalism was assessed. "Further investigation revealed she destroyed the exterior of the business causing $980.00 in damages," the post read.
The aftermath of Webster's actions transitioned from the hands of deputies at the scene to the judicial system. "Antennae Webster was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Criminal Mischief," Constable Mark Herman's Office disclosed. The former employee now faces the legal consequences of her destructive spree.
Setting the price for Webster's alleged misconduct, the courts have imposed a financial barrier to her freedom. Her bond was not set for the sky-high prices one might anticipate for such vandalism, but at a modest $100.00. This was confirmed by the Office of the Constable, stating: "Her bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 13." Antennae Webster awaits the next steps in her legal battle, with the wheels of justice beginning to turn in the Harris County judicial system.
