The incident took place on May 7, 2024, in the northeastern pocket of Harris County. Deputies arrived at the scene on Misty Valley Drive, where they found Charan Frazer.
The man, located at the lotion, turned out to be Charan Frazer, whom upon further investigation was revealed to hold a dark shadow over his head—an open Felony Warrant for Forgery of a Government Instrument. Precinct 4's Facebook page detailed the course of events leading to Frazer's detaining.
