Responding to reports of a suspicious individual, deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office made an arrest linked to a hefty charge. The incident took place on May 7, 2024, in the northeastern pocket of Harris County. Deputies arrived at the scene on Misty Valley Drive, where they found Charan Frazer.
The man, located at the lotion, turned out to be Charan Frazer, whom upon further investigation was revealed to hold a dark shadow over his head—an open Felony Warrant for Forgery of a Government Instrument. Precinct 4's Facebook page detailed the course of events leading to Frazer's detaining.
Frazer's presence in the neighborhood, initially deemed merely suspicious, escalated to actionable when his identity tipped off the deputies to his wanted status. "Charan Frazer was arrested and booked in the Harris County Jail for the warrant," Constable Mark Herman's office stated in the press release.
While Charan Frazer now sits in the Harris County Jail, details regarding his bond seem to be in a state of limbo. His bond, set by the scales of justice, "has not been set at this time out of the 263rd District Court," as was shared on the Constable's official communication channels. The matter waits to don the cloak of clarity upon the setting of Frazer's bond and subsequent court proceedings.
