Authorities have taken a man into custody on charges of alleged stalking in Harris County, after an initial complaint last month led to an investigation. The suspect, identified as Michael Anthony. He had previously been released on bond for a separate incident involving criminal mischief.
The arrest took place at the 12800 block of Wandering Streams Drive, where a deputy from Constable Mark Herman's Office followed up on the case filed April 24. Despite his prior release on a $3,500 bond, Anthony now faces new charges. "Michael Anthony Brown was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Stalking. He is awaiting bond out of the 488th District Court.” Constable Mark Herman's Office stated.
Details regarding the nature of the stalking or the methods used by Anthony in his alleged crime have not been released as of now. Harris County officials have not disclosed if the accused has obtained legal representation.
