Henry County authorities are on the hunt for a man accused of sexually assaulting a woman at gunpoint inside her own home. The police are urging the community for assistance in tracking him down after he invaded a Stockbridge residence Wednesday night, according to information provided by FOX 5 Atlanta.

Following the assault, the assailant reportedly made off with the victim’s 2007 gray Lexus RX. The harrowing ordeal took place at approximately 8:15 p.m., after which the suspect fled the scene. Henry County detectives have released two photos of the man in the hope that someone, might recognize him and come forward with information, as reported by Channel 2 Action News.

While the suspect has not been named, authorities are disseminating his images far and wide with the intention that this collective vigilance will lead to his apprehension. The Henry County Police Department has issued a BOLO—Be On the Lookout alert—and is appealing to the public for aid.
