Washington's Third District detectives are on the hunt for a trio of burglars who struck a Northwest business in the pre-dawn hours of Wednesday. The Metropolitan Police Department has released a call for community assistance in identifying the suspects caught on camera in a calculated break-in.

According to the MPD, the incident occurred on the 3100 block of 14th Street Northwest at approximately 3:06 a.m. Two individuals forced their way into the premises while another acted as a lookout. The suspects' actions were swift, as they removed property and quickly fled from the scene. The event now leaves a business to pick up the pieces.

The police have not yet released detailed descriptions of the suspects or the value of the stolen goods. They continue to review surveillance footage and are combing through evidence left at the scene to identify those responsible for this brazen act of theft, as per the MPD.
