The 15-year-old was reported missing from the 20XX block of East Clementine Street at 10:30 a.m. she stands 5′ 4″, weighs about 110 lbs., and has blue eyes with short curly brown hair; police say she was last spotted wearing a grey tank top, black jeans, and black Van loafers, according to Philadelphia Police Department official blotter.
Officials have expressed concern for Charlie's well-being the community has been urged to come forward with any information they might have concerning her last known whereabouts which might aid in the critical search, as days have now passed since she was last seen.
