The Phoenix Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for 64-year-old William Henry Spera, who has been missing since Thursday, May 9. According to a release issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety, Spera was last seen at around 1:00 p.m. near North 18th Place and East Thomas Road in Phoenix, Arizona.
Spera is described as a white male with brown hair, brown eyes, standing 5 feet 7 inches tall, and weighing around 200 pounds. Authorities note that he has a medical condition that may cause confusion and lead him to become easily lost. The Silver Alert mentions that he was wearing a gray long sleeve shirt, gray sweatpants, and white shoes when he vanished.
