Tragedy struck a quiet Plano neighborhood on a late Thursday afternoon when police were called to the scene of a shooting that left a juvenile male dead. According to the Plano Texas Police Department, officers arrived at the 3400 block of Hillridge Drive around 4:30 p.m. on May 24. Upon their arrival, they discovered the victim with a gunshot wound to his upper body.
The investigation took a dramatic turn early Monday morning, May 26, when police apprehended a juvenile male suspect believed to be connected to the shooting. The suspect has since been transferred to the Collin County Juvenile Detention Center in McKinney.
