Man Dies After Overnight Shooting on North Jim Miller Road, Two Suspects on the Run

A man shot multiple times before dawn on North Jim Miller Road in Southeast Dallas has died at the hospital, and police are still searching for two suspects who fled the scene. Officers responded to the 100 block of North Jim Miller Road at approximately 3:20 a.m. yesterday, where they found the victim critically wounded before he was taken to a hospital, where he later died.

According to NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth, authorities have not released a description of the suspects, and the investigation remains ongoing. The Dallas Police Department has assigned Det. J. The killing comes even as Dallas has posted a broader, multi-year decline in violent crime.
