San Antonio law enforcement is on the lookout for a 28-year-old man, Cesar Uribe, whose absence has triggered a CLEAR Alert. Last seen on the west side of San Antonio, Uribe's whereabouts have become a matter of public concern. Described as around 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighing approximately 250 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, Uribe was noted for wearing a black "NY" hat, black shirt, blue jeans, and brown boots, according to information obtained by FOX San Antonio.
He was last seen late Monday night near the 2100 block of Fort Donelson Drive, close to Marbach Road.
