The shootout occurred on the 2700 block of Northeast 137th Avenue, leaving an adult male with gunshot wounds, according to the Portland Police Bureau. The Portland Police Bureau reported that the incident took place at around 5:05 a.m. today, where members of the Internet Crimes Against Children Unit, together with the Special Emergency Reaction Team (SERT), were present when the confrontation unfolded.
The involved man, whose identity has not been released, was rushed to an area hospital for treatment. Details regarding his condition remain undisclosed. In contrast, no officers sustained injuries during the service of a search warrant which spiraled into gunfire.
