In a recent update, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has added Jim Chambers to its Most Wanted list. Chambers is being hunted by both the Carter County Sheriff's Office and the TBI for heinous crimes including First Degree Murder, Abuse of Corpse, and Tampering with Evidence. A caution has been issued that Chambers should be regarded as armed and dangerous, and a reward of up to $2,500 is on the table for information leading to his arrest. The announcement was made on May 22, just one day before this report.
Joining Chambers on the list of individuals to avoid is Phillip Ross Bowling, wanted by the Scott County Sheriff's Office and the TBI since August 2021. Bowling faces charges for 2 counts of Aggravated Kidnapping, 1 count of Aggravated Robbery, and 2 counts of Aggravated Assault. Like Chambers, Bowling is also considered armed, and dangerous and the offer for his capture stands at a similar reward.
The third name that continues to feature prominently on the TBI's rundown is Juan Francisco. Francisco is wanted by the Knoxville Police Department in connection to a Vehicular Homicide and for Leaving the Scene of an Accident, with charges dating back to May 9, 2019. Despite the years that have passed, the resolve to apprehend him remains, marked by the unchanged bounty of up to $2,500.
Details on these individuals can be found on the official TBI website, which has a dedicated section for the state's most wanted fugitives. The public is urged to come forward with any information that could lead to the capture of these persons but are warned not to engage as they could pose a serious threat to safety. For leads that result in apprehension, the TBI assures anonymity to those who help in the delivery of justice.
