In a terse water incident, the Brooklyn Park Fire Department swiftly took action alongside Fridley fire units to address a submerged vehicle incident in River View Park. the call for help was received at 2 pm on May 5, and within minutes responders were on the scene on the Fridley side of the river, north of the park where the vehicle was discovered underwater, according to the Brooklyn Park Police Department.
