Drivers should gear up for "periodic delays" as the construction team implements a one-way system manned by flaggers to usher traffic through the construction zone. Barely missing the start of the County Highway 12 reconstruction's second phase, the preservation project is on a tight schedule to wrap up by May 20, as per the Washington County Minnesota. Along with the milling and overlay work, there's also a bit on the docket for the road shoulders—fog sealing them and then topping it all off with new stripes.
