Tennis enthusiasts in Arlington can look forward to upgraded facilities at their local tennis center. Announced by the City of Arlington, Texas, the Arlington Tennis Center is getting a $1.1 million facelift for its clubhouse and restrooms. According to the press release, the aim is to "better serve its patrons" with a completion date set for the end of September.
While the total renovation encompasses aspects like new flooring, added storage, and more appealing merchandise displays in the Pro Shop, one of the prime focuses is, expanding the men's and women's restroom facilities. Additionally, the work will include updates to the HVAC system outside trim, and the sanitary sewer system. However, it's been made clear that this construction will not interfere with the tennis or pickleball matches on the center's 20 outdoor lighted tennis courts and eight lighted outdoor pickleball courts.
