In the incident, which occurred on June 1, a male suspect was seen on video surveillance forcefully entering a parked car and absconding with a stolen purse, as reported by the Constable's office.
The suspect, who arrived on the scene in a black Acura TLX, is believed to be a black male approximately 25-30 years old, donning tattoos on his face, neck, arms, and legs. The break-in resulted in the rear window of the vehicle being shattered, the event recorded by surveillance at the park located at 13110 Jones Road.
Investigators are working diligently to apprehend the individual responsible for this crime. In an act to amplify their reach, Constable Mark Herman is making a public plea: "If you have any information regarding this case or the identity of these suspects, you are urged to contact our dispatch at 281-376-3472."
