Boston detectives are turning to the public for assistance in the hunt for a young suspect linked to a recent robbery in Roxbury. According to a Boston Police Department community alert, the incident occurred on the evening of May 27, around the block of 22 Slayton Way.
The wanted individual is described as a light-skinned, juvenile male about 5’2” tall, sporting cornrows with a bun. At the time of the crime, which took place between 8:00 PM and 8:20 PM, he was wearing a black t-shirt featuring the punk band Misfits and dark pants. The police are scouring the area for leads, last seen wearing dark pants and a black t-shirt.
Investigators from District B-2, which covers Roxbury, have taken charge of the case and are rigorously examining the evidence gathered thus far. The Boston Police Department is promising to maintain the confidentiality of anyone willing to come forward with information, as a reflection of the seriousness with which they are approaching this call for community cooperation.
