
The Detroit Police Department is seeking assistance from the community in locating Theophilus Watkins, a 62-year-old man reported missing since June 14. According to information shared by Click On Detroit, Watkins was last seen leaving his residence in the 3500 block of John C. Lodge Freeway and has yet to return.
Reports indicate that Watkins, who was last spotted wearing a T-shirt and jeans, is described as having salt and pepper hair, brown eyes, standing 6 feet tall, and weighing 145 pounds. On a concerning note, he left his sister, who says he suffers from Dementia and has informed authorities.
As the search intensifies, the Detroit Police Department has disclosed an appeal on its Missing Persons Facebook page, urging anyone with information regarding Watkins’ whereabouts to come forward. The urgency of this matter is heightened by Watkins’ medical condition, emphasizing the criticality of a swift response from the public.
