
A Saturday blaze tore through a South East Side apartment, forcing residents into the street as firefighters battled the flames. The fire, which erupted around 4:15 p.m. at a complex near the intersection of Bolmore Drive and Dollarhide Avenue, was quickly subdued by local emergency teams.
According to a report by FOX San Antonio, fire crews managed to completely put out the fire within ten minutes. The prompt response was crucial in ensuring that no residents were hurt, allowing them to promptly evacuate the building safely.
While the fire was contained to a single unit, the full extent of the damage to the property remains unknown, as investigators are still looking to determine a cost estimate. The cause of the fire is also under active investigation. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported.
