Among the detained, Sean Michael Bjork, 41, and Stephanie Taylor Stafford, 34, are being held without bond due to pending charges. Bjork's history comprises resistings a public officer and driving infractions, while Stafford has been cited for various felony and misdemeanor offenses, including attempted drug trafficking.
Others, such as Emily Mostella, 25, with no prior record, now faces severe charges including heroin trafficking. The ages of the accused range broadly, with the eldest, Belinda Mary Wiltbanks, 42, securing a bond of $250,000.
