A tragic vehicular accident claimed the life of a Kalamazoo man during the early hours of Saturday morning. According to WOOD TV, the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety responded to a rollover crash around 12:20 a.m. at the intersection of Southtown Street and S Pitcher Street. Brayon Jones, 45, was ejected from the vehicle and later succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.

The single-vehicle crash led to Jones being thrown from the vehicle after which officers and EMS attempted lifesaving measures en route to the hospital, "where he was pronounced dead", as reported by News Channel 3. While there were two other individuals involved in the accident, their conditions have not been publicly disclosed.

While details regarding the cause of the crash remain sparse, the incident is under active investigation. Authorities are reaching out to the community for assistance, urging anyone with information or video footage of the event to come forward.
