The incident, which was said to have taken place at a nearby hotel, resulted in the victim being attacked and stabbed in the stomach by another man and a woman, though he is expected to make a recovery, according to KENS5.
Officers located the wounded man just after 3 a.m.; the police had been called to the scene, and upon their arrival, the man was able to recount the violent encounter after which, rather than staying put, he found the strength and will to reach out for help at the fast food establishment nearby. San Antonio police confirmed that two individuals have been detained at the hotel, connected to the stabbing yet no more details regarding the identity of the suspects or the circumstances leading up to the assault have been released by the police at this time.
