According to a report by QC News, Herndon, who has autism, was last seen on foot on Pineville-Matthew Road headed towards the Arboretum Shopping Center on Providence Road in Charlotte.
Standing at 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing approximately 260 pounds, she was last seen wearing an olive green t-shirt, olive green cargo pants, and brown-gold sandals. Last seen at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, near Reverdy Road in Matthews, Herndon was wearing grey sweatpants, as reported by WBTV. Her eyes are brown and she has black hair with twists that reach down her shoulders.
The police have issued a call to the public for assistance, urging anyone who has information regarding Herndon's whereabouts to come forward. Herndon is described as having black hair and brown eyes, about 5′9″ tall, and 260 pounds. WCCB Charlotte also emphasized her condition, noting that Herndon suffers from autism, which may further concern her safety.
