
A tragic incident unfolded on the roads of Worcester this past Saturday when a crash led to the death of a motorcyclist. The accident, which occurred on westbound Interstate 290, involved a 2020 Honda CRV and a Harley Davidson motorcycle. Massachusetts State Police responded to the scene after the collision at approximately 1:40 PM.
Initial reports from the Massachusetts State Police suggest that the Honda CRV was in the left lane when it collided with the motorcycle. The motorcyclist, identified as Robert Petterson, 56, of Farmington, N.H., sustained fatal injuries and was later pronounced dead at the hospital. Fortunately, the driver of the CRV was unharmed.
