The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) seeks help from the public to identify a suspect in the shooting death of a Northwest man, Maurice Downing. Downing, 34, was found deceased from gunshot wounds on the road in the early hours of May 29, according to a press release from MPD.
Answering a shooting report, officers arrived at the scene, located on the unit block of Hanover Place, Northwest, at 12:03 a.m. Wednesday.
