Post Malone, the artist with a knack for genre-blending, has officially dived headfirst into country music territory and is taking his act on a 21-city tour across the United States. Dubbed the F-1 Trillion Tour, the circuit is set to kick off in Salt Lake City, UT, on September 8, and will culminate with an October 19 show at Nashville's Nissan Stadium.
The tour follows his previous outing, "If Y’all Weren’t Here, I’d Be Crying" tour in 2023, and this time it's all about country music. According to Billboard, the trek will be "A collection of country songs." Post Malone's foray into the genre has been steady; he recently played alongside Lainey Wilson and Ashley Gorley at the iconic Bluebird Cafe in Nashville and paired up with country stars like Morgan Wallen and Blake Shelton on chart-topping collaborations.
Tickets for the F-1 Trillion Tour are slated to be widely available from July 1 at 10 a.m., with a special presale for Citi cardholders starting a tad earlier on June 26. Those interested can snag their tickets through Live Nation's website. The Nashville show is a fitting finale for Post Malone's country antics, seeing that his camaraderie with the Nashville scene has grown significantly, as highlighted by his performances at the CMA Fest and atop the charts duets.
In a statement obtained by WKRN, Malone expressed his enthusiasm about the tour, saying, "“I love y’all so very much and I’m so excited to get out and play new music for you." Fans can expect the tour to include stops in Atlanta, Boston, and Charleston, among other cities, with stadium, festival, and amphitheater shows making up the roster of venues, as reported by WSMV.
