Quick action by local law enforcement led to the recovery of a stolen vehicle and the arrest of a suspect earlier this week. A deputy from Constable Mark Herman's Office received notification from a FLOCK camera system on June 2, pinpointing a stolen pickup truck in the area of FM 1960 Bypass Road W. Locating the vehicle at a nearby McDonald’s parking lot, the deputy witnessed the suspect exiting the stolen truck, leading to his immediate detention.
Authorities have identified the suspect as Bobby McCullah. Following his arrest, Constable Mark Herman's Office stated, "Bobby McCullah was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle." The report by Constable Mark Herman's Office on Facebook noted that the bond for McCullah was set at $25,000.00 out of the 263rd District Court.
