The specific details of the investigation have not been made public. However, what is known is that the undisclosed probation status of the driver did not prevent the engagement in apparently criminal undertakings, with the cache of items pointing towards a variety of offenses.
The Sunnyvale DPS has not released further details on the suspect's identity or the charges they may face concerning the discovery.
