An altercation at a Houston apartment complex has led to the issue of arrest warrants for a suspect now wanted by law enforcement for multiple charges, including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. In a recent development, authorities have released the name of the man, who is currently on the run. Officials from Constable Mark Herman's office confirmed that deputies were called to the scene at the 13800 block of Napoli Drive on June 20, following reports of an aggravated assault.
According to Constable Mark Herman's Office, maintenance employees at the apartment complex were threatened by a male suspect, Antoine Toney, who claimed they had broken into his car and stolen items. The suspect escalated the confrontation by displaying a gun and threatening the lives of the personnel present. Following investigations, deputies were able to identify Toney, which has since led to the issuing of two arrest warrants out of the 183rd District Court.
Constable Herman has been actively disseminating information regarding the wanted individual. "Antoine Toney is currently wanted by law enforcement for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Unlawful Carry of a Weapon in a Public Place," Herman stated.
